BigBluePool & Spa made this first time pool owner very happy! My wife and I bought an investment property that had a pool that needed a lot of attention. It hadn’t been properly maintained in about 3 years and the inspector recommended a pool professional come and assess the situation. A friend of mine recommended BigBluePool&Spa, so I contacted Patricia, and her husband Alex was out within the week. Alex was not put off in any way about the condition of the pool. He thoroughly checked everything and let me know all that was needed. I was expecting the cost to be much higher than he quoted. Alex had the pool drained, acid washed, tile brushed, new pump filters installed, all leaking valves repaired, and refilled by the weekend. I could not believe how clean everything looked, and to be able to use the pool so quickly was awesome! We also had our control panel upgraded and have BigBluePool&Spa maintain the pool on a regular basis. Everyone at BigBluePool&Spa is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. Highly Recommend!!
